What is CITYONAIR?
A mood screen: it shows a full-screen animated gallery of cities around the world, with a soundscape (partner web radio or, for personal accounts, the CITYONAIR soundtrack composed for each destination, time of day and season) and information tiles (time, weather, almanac).
My city isn’t in CITYONAIR: can you create it?
Yes, for businesses (hotel, restaurant, shop): that’s the Signature plan. We generate the places of your city (3 viewpoints × 5 light moods × 4 seasons per place), you approve 3 test images, and your city is online within 7 days. Only you can display it for a year; the images remain the property of CITYONAIR.
Which devices does it work on?
Any recent browser: Windows or Mac computer, phone, tablet and smart TV. The iOS and Android apps arrive in December 2026.
How do I display CITYONAIR full screen?
Log in, open “My screen” and tap “Start the screen”. The F key toggles full screen; Esc or the ☰ button opens the settings.
Why only one screen on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes one screen. If you open CITYONAIR on another device, first free the screen from “My account”, or upgrade to Standard (2 screens).
Personal or business account?
You choose when you sign up. The account type only determines billing for paid plans: personal prices include VAT, business prices exclude VAT and come with a VAT invoice.
Are the images real photos?
They are images generated by artificial intelligence: the places are real, the moods are imagined to look beautiful at any time of day.
Are there any ads?
No, none: neither on the images nor in the CITYONAIR soundscape.
What data do you keep?
Your email, your encrypted password, your account type and your screen settings. Nothing else, no advertising tracker. Everything is hosted in France. You can export or delete your data from “My account”.
How do I delete my account?
From “My account”, section “My data”. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
